A free quote, with no hard sell

It starts with a free, no-obligation quote. Tell us what you have in mind, or simply what is not working, and we will come out, have a look and talk it through. There is no pressure to decide on the day.

A proper survey and honest advice

We measure every opening rather than working from standard sizes, and we look at how your existing windows and doors open, what the house needs and what will suit it. Customers often mention being helped to choose the right windows, and sometimes the honest answer is that something needs adjusting or repairing rather than replacing. If that is the case, we will say so.

A clear quote, with nothing hidden

Your quote sets out exactly what is being supplied and fitted, from the casement windows or composite door to the glazing, finishes and locks. Customers have told us there were no hidden extra costs between the quote and the finish, and that is how it should be.

Made to measure, from branded systems

Everything is made to measure for your openings, using branded, guaranteed systems only, never unbranded frames. Our gallery shows the kind of work that results.

Before fitting day

A few small things help the day run smoothly.

Clear the area near the windows or doors, especially anything fragile or electronic.
Keep pets and children away from where we are working.
Tell us about any parking or access issues before we arrive.
Mention anything specific, such as times when noise would be a problem.

On fitting day

Our own experienced fitters do the work. We arrive prepared, protect your floors with dust sheets, move or cover furniture near the openings, and keep the house tidy, clearing up at the end of every day. We keep you updated as the job goes and check with you before any major step, and if something unexpected comes up we explain it and give you practical options.

FENSA and your guarantee

We are FENSA registered, number 41110, so we self-certify that the installation meets Building Regulations and notify it for you, and FENSA sends you the certificate. Every installation we notify to FENSA is covered by an insurance-backed guarantee, which protects you even if an installer stops trading.

Aftercare

If anything is not right once we have finished, tell us and we will put it right. One customer spotted a fault in a pane and in a sash after fitting, and both were replaced within three days.
